MSC research projects are initiated via a number of mechanisms:
- MSC staff or technical advisory committee have a knowledge gap they want to address
- A council member organisation or group of organisation have a knowledge gap they want to address
- A researcher has a project which requires support and its expected outcomes match some outdoor sector requirements. Click to see a flow chart of this process.
