Normally orders are processed and shipped within three business days:
For New Zealand deliveries, you can expect delivery within one week.For deliveries outside of New Zealand, you can expect delivery within 14 working days.
Freight Charges:
Freight charges are calculated based on the region your package is to be delivered to and the combined weight of the total order. Within NZ, freight/shipping costs are $5.00 (GST Incl.).
In some cases, on International orders, shipping costs may actually be higher that the value of the goods being shipped. The relatively low value of the $NZ in many cases will offset this when you consider the landed price of the order.
Sales Tax:
Once you have entered your shipping address, New Zealand Goods and Service Tax at the rate of 12.5% is added for New Zealand delivery addresses only. Purchases for persons resident in countries other than New Zealand are zero-rated for NEW ZEALAND Goods and Service Tax.

NZ Customers -- We accept Bank Drafts, Direct Credits, Cheques and Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard). In the near future we are expecting to add other cards to this service.
International Customers --We accept Credit Cards (MasterCard and Visa) WHERE WE CAN VERIFY online the address details of the shopper.
