River Crossing Quiz Prize Draw :  Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• The competition is open to permanent New Zealand residents that are aged 16 years or older.
• You may only enter the competition once. Multiple email addresses for the same person will be counted as a single entry.

How to Enter

• You must complete the River Crossing Quiz and sign up to email updates by 11.59pm NZ Standard Time on Saturday, 31 October 2026. 

Competition Period

The competition runs in two flights from 1 October -  31 October. 

Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected on Monday, 2 November 2026.
  
  

Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted directly by an email address from the domain @mountainsafety.org.nz - please check your spam/junk folders.
• The winner will have 10 working days from the initial email to submit an eligible store, or another winner will be chosen.
• The winner's name may be shared on MSC social channels and in an email newsletter.

Prize Details

• The winner will receive a $500 voucher to an NZ outdoor store of their choice. Chosen store must primarily sell outdoor gear, have a New Zealand physical or digital location, and must offer online vouchers to the value of $500.
• Prizes are non-transferrable and non-refundable
